Civil Engineering
Our civil engineering practice covers everything a project needs at and below grade — site planning, grading, paving, stormwater management, utility coordination, and permitting. South Florida’s flat topography, high water table, and SFWMD drainage rules make civil engineering here meaningfully different from anywhere else in the country. We work with developers on raw-land entitlements, with commercial owners on site civil packages, and with HOAs and property managers on the 5-year drainage recertification reports their permits require.
